Our apologies. We have had a rough 3 weeks. Firstly we had an argument with our courier's broker which resulted in us changing to another company so we have had delivery delays, then Klarna, one of our payment 'gateways', locked up and prevented customers from paying for their orders even if the customer wanted to use another payment gateway such as PayPal. The current situation is that we have removed Klarna from our website. and are considering whether to reinstall it or get an alternative gateway.
If you dont wish to use Paypal as a method of payment, then please select 'telephone payment' at the checkout and we will then ring you and sort the payment out using our card machine. Please note that we are no longer shipping Red Horse due to pilfering problems, - it is still available at our Stockport shop..
