However, delays or misunderstandings between the courier and the customer can happen and we have no control over this. Frozen items can therefore only be sent at 100% customer risk. If your frozen item is spoiled by a shipping delay we cannot accept any responsibility. If you are not willing to accept this, please do not include any frozen items in your order.
